No price list. Every scaffold is a different height, a different footprint and a different length of hire, so we quote each job on its own. Fixed price, agreed before delivery.
Questions Builders Ask Us
What is the minimum hire period?
[TBC — confirm minimum period.] In practice most jobs run from a couple of weeks to several months, and the rate is set against the length of hire when we quote.
Do we have to put it up ourselves?
No. Erection and dismantling are done by our crew and included in the price. Your team turns up to a scaffold that is already standing, decked and railed.
What happens if the job overruns?
Jobs slip — we build too, we know. Tell us as soon as you can and we extend the hire at the agreed rate. There is no penalty for running over, only the extra time.
Can you scaffold over a pavement or a road?
Yes, with the right protection — netting, sheeting and a covered walkway where needed. Road or pavement occupation permits are usually applied for by the main contractor or the project engineer; we will tell you exactly what the scaffold needs so the application is right first time. Do you work outside Kefalonia?
Kefalonia is our home ground and covered as standard. Ithaca and the neighbouring islands are done by arrangement, with transport priced into the quote. [TBC — confirm islands served.]
Is the scaffolding insured and inspected?
The scaffold is handed over after a completion check, and we re-check it after severe weather or if anything has been altered. [TBC — confirm insurance cover and inspection interval to state here.]
